The District's #1 goal is to provide high-quality water and service at a reasonable cost. To accomplish this goal and to comply with numerous State and Federal drinking water regulations, it takes a trained, experienced and dedicated Staff. All District Staff members that maintain and repair the water distribution system are required to be trained in water technology and they must possess State Resources Water Control Board - Division of Drinking Water (DDW) Water Distribution Operator Certification. Staff members that work more directly with the water treatment process must also possess a DDW Water Treatment Operator Certification. Collectively, District Staff have over 24 certifications. To maintain these certifications, Staff must attend water technology training on a regular basis. District Staff also attend other water industry and local government related training to help maintain the high quality of service to the District's Customers.
