The District’s Water System


The LPVCWD has over 2,500 retail metered water service connections, which include:

• 2,060 residential
• 343 commercial
• 47 industrial
• 106 irrigation

The Districts water system encompasses 2.5 square miles or approximately 1,600 acres of land.  The infrastructure of the system is comprised of:

• 33 miles of pipeline
• 4.9 million gallons of reservoir storage
• Four pressure zones
• 12 booster pumps
• 4 wells
• A state of the art groundwater treatment facility (treating 3.5 million gallons a day)
