To Begin Service


The following information and documents are required to begin water service with the District:

1. Verification of Ownership & Warranty of Payment form must be completed. (Form Attached)
2. Proof of property owner ship:
   • A copy of Escrow Papers or
   • Property Tax Id Bill, with owners name and address on the document
3. Copy of current Drivers License or Identification Card
4. Social Security Number
5. $10.00 Non-Refundable Connection/Transfer Fee
